The Producers

 

Many of the foods featured in tonight’s dinner come from the Pontiac, some others come from farms just across the river in the Ottawa area. Others still, come from a little further afield in Ontario and Québec. The citrus fruit, spices and olive oil come from far flung places.

 

 

Table Settings and Decorations are by Just B Designs, right here in Pontiac. Anne Bursey is the creative talent behind this collection of colourful fashion accessories and home décor products. Moylinney Farm operated by Dave and Stephanie Reford is located on the outskirts of Aylmer at the foot of the Eardley escarpment. Hillside Green Garden Centre operated by Gilles and Christine Marcotte is now in its third season of growing greenhouse, tomatoes, cucumber and peppers. New this year are lettuces and field crops.
