Festival Pontiac Enchanté

I have created this menu for Festival Pontiac Enchanté to show off the lovely food that local farmers are growing and raising but also to indulge my interest in tastes from other places.Food service will begin 90 minutes before concert time.

Concert Series Menu


On Friday and Tuesday Evenings

A selection of desserts a la carte. Old favourites such as German chocolate cake will be back along with some new cheesecake flavours and other treats.


Saturday July 28th

Pre-Concert Dinner  –  Alla Italiana

Tuscan style roast pork loin, roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled sweet peppers  tomato basil salad.

Vegetarian option: Grilled vegetables and faro salad

Intermission sweet: Raspberry, white chocolate parfait




Sunday July 29th 

Pre-Concert Luncheon  –  The best of my garden

Ratatouille, new potato salad, green bean salad and more depending on what is ripe and ready

Intermission sweet: Summer Berry Trifle




Saturday Aug. 4th

Pre-Concert Dinner  –  Middle Eastern Mezze

In honour of guest soloist Karim Said, there will be a selection of middle eastern small plates such as hummus, moutabal, fatoush, lamb kebabs and more. This style of eating is all about sharing so bring your friends.

Intermission sweet: Orange and Almond Semolina Cake with honey and fresh fruit




Sunday Aug. 5th

Pre-Concert BBQ  –  Burgers and Jazz

Handmade Beef Burgers using Moylinny Farm 100% pasture raised beef or black bean burgers, choice of fresh homemade toppings, on homemade buns with garden salad

Intermission sweet: Gooey double chocolate brownies



Wine and beer and soft drinks will be available for sale

All taxes are included in the food prices
